The hotel's staff was helpful and did their best to solve any issues. The location was great, within walking distance to the center and connected to a mall. The hotel had clean and well-arranged facilities, including a small bar, restaurant, and indoor playroom for kids. The buffet breakfast offered a wide range of choice and good quality.

I loved the convenience of having a shopping centre attached to the hotel. It made it so easy to grab anything I needed without having to leave the hotel.

The location of this hotel is simply perfect. Right next door to a large shopping centre and even has a McDonald's inside. Plus, it's very near the discotheque which BOOMED until 2 am. And let's not forget, it's a stone's throw away from all the Xmas markets. Talk about convenience!
I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the center, making it easy to explore all the touristic sites. It is also within walking distance to the numerous Christmas markets that Strasbourg has to offer. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff is always polite and helpful, providing great service. The hotel also has a small fridge in the room, which is convenient for storing drinks or snacks.
The variety and quality of the breakfast could be better.
